Hello and Welcome!

I am Elizabeth and my husband James. We are parents of 4 beautiful children. We started this health and fitness journey in 2017. As a couple struggling with feeling drained of energy all the time we needed to feel better and have more energy for these children. Being healthy was of course our goal so we could teach the children and stay around to watch them grow! I started this blog to help others do the same. Yes we drink a yummy “superfood” shake everyday and workout 6 days a week (Usually!) We have cut back on meat and dairy (personal choice) and always trying new healthier foods. We are always full and never “starving” ourselves for some “diet”. I feel better then ever. I wake up with a pep in my step and ready to tackle a new day! I want to show you how you can eat healthier, workout and be in the best shape of your life. It isn’t going to be easy BUT I will be here holding your hand the whole time! Also If you want to make money while working on your own health and fitness journey I can show you how to do that as well! I love staying home with my children, helping others reach their goals and make money while doing so. I would love to hear from you, please leave a comment even if its just to say Hi!
